HOW IT WORKS?
You book a technician at amitechpro.com , we shall arrange pickup of your device from your doorstep and email details to you. One of our technician go to your address for check your device and repair it in your location or pickup your device. The device is brought to our lab where it is properly repaired, tested and delivered back to your address all within 72-100 hours.
WHAT IS YOUR INSPECTION CHARGE?
If your device gets inspected by our engineer and you decline to take our service, in that you will have to pay a minimum inspection charge.
At present, the minimum inspection charge is 200 rupees.
Note that, it may vary as per the service.
DO YOU USE ORIGINAL PARTS?
Yes, we use Original parts for repair. Most of the parts we use are sourced from Original Equipment Manufacturers. In some cases where we get OEM quality at a better price from some other supplier, we do use them. Rest assured, all the parts are quality tested to ensure the highest quality repair at the cheapest prices for our clients.

How Long Will My Repair/Service Take?
We repair most problems within 1-2 hours at the customer place, We repair chip level problems within 1-2 days, we also offer a 24 hour priority service (subject to availability of parts if needed). If we need to order parts then we can normally get these next day delivery. We realise how difficult being without your computer can be and we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible.

We will always offer you a fixed price for the repair, for example if your iphone screen needs replacing we will give you a total price for the work before starting. In the event we need to diagnose the fault first we charge ₹200 labour which is waived if you go ahead with the repair. We don’t want you to have any nasty surprises; we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we complete the work.
